Expanding Sustainable Harvesting and Forest Protection in Extractive Reserves in Acre, Brazil

Cooperacre, a cooperative in the state of Acre, Brazil, is dedicated to protecting millions of hectares of the Amazon rainforest with the revenue from sustainable harvests of rubber, fruits, nuts, oils, coffee, and cacao. They are combining their decades of experience and generational knowledge with new equipment and infrastructure to produce sustainably at scale and bring their products and their agenda of forest protection to the world.
