We understand that visitors to our site may have questions about how Earth Fund collects and uses information. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our supporters’ information. This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices, including the information we collect from you when you use our website or other digital and online services (collectively, the “Services”) and how we may use that information; our rights to share and disclose such information to third parties; how you can review and modify information that you provide to us; and your preferences regarding our use and disclosure of such information.

This Privacy Policy only applies to the information collected by Earth Fund and any third parties acting with our authorization or information otherwise provided to us by third parties about you, in each instance, in connection with your use of the Services. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of the computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other electronic device (“Device”) you use to access the Services.

We do, however, collect information about how our website is used through Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect website usage information, such as statistics on the number of visitors, the locations of visitors, what devices and browsers they are using, and whether a user has visited the site before. The information transmitted to us does not contain personal information. You can opt out of Google Analytics without affecting how you use our website. For more information on opting out of Google Analytics, visit this Google page.
3. MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION.

As noted above, Earth Fund does not collect personal information. If you have questions, please see Section 12 “Contact Us” below.
4. COOKIES.
Portions of the Service are cookie-enabled to give you a more customized user experience. A cookie is a small piece of information that a website can store on a computer and later use to recognize a user. A purpose of cookies is to enhance your ability to receive the information you want. We use one type of cookie to enhance the experience of users: persistent cookies. A persistent cookie expires on a pre-determined date. You may be able to personalize your browser settings to reject cookies, although certain features of the Service may not function as intended. See below for more information and choices regarding analytics and interest-based advertising by third parties on the Service.
5. INFORMATION SHARING.
We do not collect personal information. As such, we do not share personal information with our affiliates, or any other related organizations. If we or some or all of our assets are acquired by another organization, such as through a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy, that organization will possess the information collected by us, and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose data to comply with law or legal requirements, enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect our rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

We may share information that has been de-identified or aggregated, or any other technical information, without limitation.
