Protecting America's Public Lands and Waters: A Critical Pathway to 30x30 in the United States

As the world continues to advance toward the global goal to protect 30% of land and sea by 2030, the United States is lagging, with only 12% of land and 26% of ocean protected. The Bezos Earth Fund’s support will help The Protection Campaign of the Resources Legacy Fund advance the 30x30 initiative in the U.S. by promoting the designations of new national monuments, wildlife refuges, and marine sanctuaries.
