Ashley Pratt-Gallo is the People & Culture Associate at the Bezos Earth Fund. In this role she supports the coordination and implementation of HR procedures and policies which contribute to organizational success.
Prior to joining the Earth Fund, Ashley had multiple HR-based internship roles at World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and was an Onboarding Team Member at the American Red Cross. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in human resource management from University of Maryland Global Campus.
