Camilo Ramírez is Head of Events at the Bezos Earth Fund. In this role, he spearheads event strategy and initiatives to drive engagement, create new partnerships, and amplify the Earth Fund's global impact.
Before joining the Earth Fund, Camilo ran the national events team at Compass Real Estate, where he led strategy and production for the company's annual retreat, which 2,500 clients attended over three days. Camilo has led teams at the World Resources Institute, The Human Rights Campaign, The Brookings Institution, and Dialog, creating memorable experiences for internal and external audiences.
Camilo holds an M.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
