Dominique Hite is the Executive Assistant to the Cecilia Martinez, the Chief of Environmental and Climate Justice at the Bezos Earth Fund. She manages the administrative needs of the Chief of Environmental and Climate Justice and assists with aligning with leadership and the organizational members to execute tasks efficiently.
Prior to joining the Earth Fund in 2024, Dominique supported the executive and program leaders of Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, Emory University - Advancement and Alumni Engagement and the City of Atlanta, Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs.
Dominique attended Old Dominion University, and is currently in Graduate School for Project Management at Northeastern University. She lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
