Jen Manaloto is the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO and Special Project Coordinator at the Bezos Earth Fund. She manages the administrative needs of the President & CEO and collaborates with the leadership team to ensure smooth operations across the executive office.
Before joining the Earth Fund in 2023, Jen worked closely to empower executives and global teams at McKinsey & Co., E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation, Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center, The Nature Conservancy, the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Jen attended DePaul University. She lives in Northern Virginia with her spouse, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and two children.
