Kate is the Talent Acquisition Lead at the Bezos Earth Fund. She partners with leaders to attract exceptional talent and build strong teams across the organization.
Prior to joining, she spent more than 10 years in recruiting roles at organizations including Microsoft, Capital One and Underdog Fantasy. Kate brings expertise in technical recruiting, talent strategy, stakeholder partnership, and process improvement. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Dickinson College and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
