Kylee Yonas is a Communications Manager at the Bezos Earth Fund, where she works across the organization's portfolios to tell stories of environmental progress, innovation, and the solutions shaping a more sustainable future. Previously, she led media relations for Amazon's sustainability portfolio, overseeing communications related to carbon-free energy, water stewardship, and corporate climate goals. Her work centered on reputation management, strategic storytelling, and translating complex sustainability issues into clear, compelling narratives.
Before Amazon, Kylee advised clients across the environmental and public affairs sectors, helping organizations strengthen stakeholder engagement, shape thought leadership, and elevate executive profiles. Her work included developing programming and engagement opportunities around major industry convenings, including New York Climate Week, while advancing climate and carbon market solutions through coalition building and high-impact campaigns.
Kylee began her career at the World Resources Institute, where she supported communications and brand strategy for global climate initiatives, including the Science Based Targets initiative.
Kylee holds a Master of Arts in Political Communication from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Clemson University.
