Meet Fiona McRaith, Manager, Engagement & Delivery and Special Assistant to the President & CEO

What started as a passion project to grow awareness about the climate became an enduring desire to fight for real change for the planet. Fiona McRaith’s activism in her high school and college years inspired her to build a career rooted in her passion for conservation and sustainable development.

At every stage, Fiona has championed the need for representation and creating inclusive spaces where authenticity and collaboration could flourish.

Fiona’s role within the Bezos Earth Fund encompasses two scopes of work. As engagement and delivery manager, she focuses on strengthening the organization’s programs and partnerships. As special assistant to Andrew Steer, she works to unlock growth of the organization’s processes, reach, and ultimate impact.
