Cell Sight: Fast-Track to Better Lab Meat

Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) will develop SCENNIA, an AI-powered image analysis tool that will predict key cell traits—like growth rate and metabolism—directly from microscopy images. The open-access system will accelerate cultivated meat development by replacing slow testing with real-time, image-based insights across species and cell types.
