Fiona McRaith is the Senior Manager and Advisor to the President & CEO at the Bezos Earth Fund. In this role, she works across internal and external teams to weave together narratives and advance strategic objectives and initiatives. Before joining the Earth Fund, she spent three years at the World Resources Institute.
Fiona began her environmental career when she was 14 years old, after being inspired by a high school teacher. She and two friends started a nonprofit that sought to raise awareness and action on the topic of plastic debris. Fiona became a youth ambassador and activist with on climate change and climate solutions.
Fiona has previously held roles with the White House Office of Management and Budget during the Obama Administration, the Alliance for the Great Lakes, and Action for the Climate Emergency. She is a member of the Board of Directors of The Climate Initiative. Fiona is a graduate of McGill University.
